All sim cards are brand new, and will come activated, with a phone number assigned to them already. Sim cards do not come with any talk, text and/or data. They require an initial recharge of 50 pesos or more to start using. Unlimited use of social networking sites require a recharge of 100 pesos or more. The expiration of your recharge, anywhere from 7-30 days, will depend on the amount of the recharge you put on the sim card. MexSim is not the manufacturer or service provider of the sim cards. Any issues that you might encounter with the service of the sim card will need to be resolved with the service provider. If you receive a sim card with activation or phone number issue, than that can be resolved by contacting us directly. MexSim is not responsible for loss or damage of the sim card caused by mishandling by the user.
